Up to 150,000 bodies in the U.S. go unclaimed every year. This means that the person who’s passed has been identified, but, at the time of cremation or burial, there’s no one who’s willing to claim the body. We speak with two experts about this growing crisis and why many family members who are searching for their loved ones are often too late.
