If a second wave hits Illinois, suburban salon and spa owner, Chi Farley, says her business wouldn’t be able to financially handle another round of forced closings. Across the country, owners have had an extremely stressful year as COVID-19 has forced millions of shops to close their doors for months on end. Now, as much of the country is reopen, many salon, spa and wellness owners are still anxious about a decrease in clientele due to continued fears around the virus.
