In 2012, researchers at the University of California-Irvine estimated that the average human’s attention span was around seventy-five seconds. in recent years, this number has dropped to forty-seven seconds. What’s leading to this continuing decline in our attention spans? We speak with one mindfulness expert to get some tips on how people can slow down, increase their focus, and feel less chronically stressed.
